BLUVIEW LUXURY APARTMENTS
1. WALL FINISHES
Internal walls will have 3 coats of plaster finish and 2 coats of spatula finish and 3 coats of emulsion paint.
Ø External walls will be finished with waterproof paint. Certain walls will be finished with local stone according to the architectural design.
Ø Ceramic tiles will be placed between the kitchen bench and the cupboard to the value of CYP 14 per sq.meter.
Ø Granite will be used on the kitchen bench of CYP 90 per meter including fitting.
Ø Bathroom walls will be finished in ceramic tiles of value of CYP 10 per sq.meter up to ceiling height.
Ø Ceilings will have 2 coats of spatula and three coats of emulsion paint.
2. FLOORING
Ø All living areas including kitchen will be finished in ceramic tiles up to the value of CYP 12 per sq.meter, or laminated parké up to the value of CYP 20 per sq.meter including installation.
Ø Verandas in ceramic of value of CYP 12 per sq.meter, or decking.
Ø Bedrooms in either laminated parké to the value of CYP 20 including installation or ceramic tiles to the value of CYP 14 per sq.meter.
Ø All window sills will be of marble.
5. HEAT INSULATION- DAMP PROOFING
Ø All areas of the flat (internal and external) will be insulated by asphalt insulation per the architect’s instructions.
6. CARPENTRY
Ø The entrance door will be of solid wood safety door.
Ø All internal doors will be wooden board shop varnished.
Ø Door, wardrobe, cupboards: For internal doors CYP 25, wardrobes and cupboards handles of CYP 3 each.
Ø Kitchen cupboards will be of European origin.
7. ALUMINIUM WORKS
Ø The aluminium sections will be double glazed and consist of two glass panels one clear and one tinted for sound insulation.
8. PLUMBING INSTALLATION
Ø Plumbing will be polypropelene according to European specification.
Ø Pressure system will be installed.
Ø Hot and cold water (from a water from tanked boiler) to all sinks, bathrooms, kitchen taps and washing machine.
Ø The design sanitary ware and fittings will be up to the value of CYP 1000.
Ø Solar panels and 1-1.5-ton water tank will be available. Fresh water supply to kitchen sinks.
9. AIRCONDITIONING AND CENTRAL HEATING
Ø Installation of aircondition units hot/cold in all rooms.
10. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
Ø The installation will be designed according to the Cyprus Electricity Authority regulations
Ø Ample electrical fittings, sockets, plugs, telephone and TV points EU standard..
Ø Central sky satellite dish.
Ø Video camera interphones.
Ø Provision for plasma or led television.
11. SWIMMING POOL AND EXTERIOR FEATURES
Ø A skimmer type pool with large pool deck or ceramics.
Ø Pool lights on perimeter walls.
Ø Automated vehicle entrance gate.
Ø External shower.
12. OTHER FEATURES
